Matt is passionate about everything he does and his positive attitude is contagious. Matt brings hands-on experience in starting, purchasing, building and managing successful profitable dental practices.  He oversees the management of his wife's 3 dental practices: Oasispark Dental, Victoriapark Dental and Riverpark Dental, which allows him to always be in-tune with challenges of ownership.

Matt's entry to the dental consulting world was almost accidental. Interviewing dental consultants to help find the right company to help his wife start her dental practice he ended up all the way in Colorado. Rather than hiring the consulting firm, he ended up being hired by Athena Dental Consulting, where he became a partner soon after. Over the next 2 years, he was involved in the start-up, transitions and practice management for many practices across the US and Canada.

Over the next 11 years, he helped many dentists transition into their own practice, improve their practice and help prepare it for sale.  In 2009 he pulled out of the US to concentrate solely on the Canadian market. 

Matt has lectured on a number of topics from how to start a practice, finding the right location, purchasing practice, to managing a successful dental practice. Matt is also a guest lecturer at the Schulich School of Dentistry in London, ON and the Ti-Max Implant Course in Toronto, ON.

Prior to this Matt has spent 12 years in marketing, management and management consulting in 16 countries on 5 continents. He brings to dentists best business practices from his experience in helping small to large-size organizations such as Black's Photography, Dell, Fuji Photo Film, Gracious Living, IBM/ Lenovo, LCBO, Microsoft, Research In Motion, Rolls-Royce, RONA, Royal Group Technologies, TD Bank, Toronto International Film Festival, Wells Fargo, Westjet and World Bank.
